Latham Foundation President 1953 - 1998

My father was raised as a child of the Latham Foundation. His mother, Gwyn Jones Tebault was the humane educator for Latham.
His business was in mortgage banking, but for many years his Saturday's were devoted to making Latham successful.

During his 45 years as President, Hugh led the foundation from it's small offices in Oakland to owning it's own building in Alameda, creating several television programs, issuing dozens of books and hosting many conferences on issues related to humane education.
Television shows include;

The Brother Buzz show - KPIX, San Francisco hosted by Captain Fortune in the 1950's

The Wonderful World of Brother Buzz - a television series distributed nationwide in the 1960

The Withit program - a televion series distributed nationwide in the 1970's.

Latham is also well know as a trusted partner with other organizations - a trust earned by many years of work by Hugh Tebault II.

I am honored to have learned so much from my father.
